What time does the ceremony actually start? My arrival time will be well ahead of this time.

This should be an account that is checked regularly. It is also where a link to final image files will be sent.

Ideally this will be a cell phone which will travel to the ceremony in case of any last-minute communications.

This is optional. Most of our correspondence, payments, and image delivery will be via email. However, this will be important if you're ordering albums that we will ship to you.

Our typical coverage includes all activities that take place at the ceremony location...the bride and groom both getting ready with their entourages, the bride's arrival and walk down the aisle, the ceremony, the reception line, group photos with wedding party and family, and as much of the celebration and reception as possible in the time allotted. Please let us know of any other locations in which you like us to do photos.

Our typical coverage includes a carefully edited and corrected collection of images from your day. The number of images can range from the low hundreds up to over one thousand depending on the length of coverage and size of your event. A link will be sent to the email address you've provided above, usually within a week or two, where you will be able to download all of these images. Our files are not watermarked or protected in any way, and should you have trouble using the image files we are happy to provide a letter of release. Note that the image download site will also offer you the ability to order prints and other gift items [mugs, keychains, thank you cards, etc] at very competitive prices from a lab that we trust to provide you with the finest quality. We encourage you to take advantage of this service, and hope you will give us feedback on how well you are treated if you do.

Booking your day

We request a 50% deposit of our agreed upon fee in order to reserve your day, with the balance due the day of the ceremony.

How would you like to handle the deposit? We've had a good experience with sending an invoice through Square.com, and also have a relationship with PayPal. And of course, a good ol' paper check in the mail always works. Please indicate your preference below, and we'll be in touch to finalize our agreement asap.
